Shipping Techniques

We send our products to consumers through a variety of delivery techniques. We ship orders from our cloud kitchen in Borivali (w), Mumbai, using reputable courier services.

When using speed delivery services, products having a short shelf life, such as Modak and Pooranpoli, will be delivered in a day.

The size, weight, and shipping location of the order will all affect the chosen shipping method.

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

Depending on the shipping method selected and the shipment destination, shipping costs and delivery dates can vary.

Processing Time for Orders

The processing time for domestic orders ranges from 24 to 72 hours. Within 4-5 business days, the order should be delivered. This may take between 7 and 10 working days for places that are interior or in a tough coverage area.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be filled the next working day.

Order Monitoring

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your product has left the warehouse.

Using the tracking number provided in the delivery confirmation email, you can follow the progress of your order.

Limitations on Shipping

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in India that our delivery partners can reach.

Products like Pooranpoli, Modak and other perishable food items in custom orders would be delivered only to certain suburbs of Mumbai (Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri and Vile Parle)

Bulk Orders for the perishable food items like Pooranpoli and Modak would be delivered all over Mumbai on Pre-Order basis.
